will be holding a class to train new barbecue judges 10 a.m.-4 p.m. July 9 in the recreation hall at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on Bull Street. More than 30 SCBA-sanctioned barbecue festivals are held annually throughout the state and this one-day seminar is designed to start a person on the path of becoming a Certified Barbecue Judge.
