http://laidoffcampmiami.org/speakers

We will send out a draft schedule on Friday to those who have given us your presentation info. Any available slots can also be chosen on Saturday morning but please don’t wait.

Some have submitted 2 presentations. We hope that you will have an opportunity to present twice, however we will give first preference to anyone who has not had a chance to present at all. At 11:00am we will open up any available slots for 2nd presentations if you have any.

Projectors and Screens

We need 2 more projectors and 2 more screens. Please reply to this email if you can donate the use of a projector and/or screen.

Elevator Pitches

One interesting thing we will be doing at the event is making a video of any attendee who wants to record a 60-second “elevator pitch.” This is basically a quick introduction about yourself if you are looking for a job or have an idea for a new business. So, prepare for you 60-second pitch and you can get recorded at the event. We’ll upload the videos after the event for all to see.

Twitter and Social Media

Let’s use the hash tag #locmia (since it’s short) and “locmia” for any other tagging you will do on blogs, flickr, etc.
